THE CHALLENGE
A European Championship brings people together. We passionately roar our team to victory and when they score, our enthusiasm knows no bounds. Fantastic!
Saturday June 12: the Belgian Red Devils played their first match, against Russia. However, it was an evening game and shopping is what you do during daytime… Time to switch some things around.
OUR SOLUTION
Lively football animations got people all set for the game later that evening. Visitors could try and with a ball score bull’s eye on a giant darts board, test their kicking technique using a speed meter or go for a strike with foot bowling. Every half hour, two freestylers showed off their skills and taught interested shoppers some tricks.



We made sure every little detail was ready, since these animations would take place on the busiest day of the week on the parking of Shopping Pajot.
The day before, the locations were cordoned off so no cars would be in the way. Using a clear planner, delivery in the morning and the build of the stands was easy to manage. Decorative signposts and a map showed visitors where which animations took place. Colourful balloon pillars added a great extra to the day’s vibe, while corona stewards ensured everything ran smoothly.


On top of all that, we organised a fun competition where winners could go home with a fantastic fan package.
No doubt the visitors of Shopping Pajot that evening were in full supporter mode, whilst watching the game!
