LE D\u00c9FI<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

La Ville de Turnhout avait lanc\u00e9 la campagne \u00ab \u00c0 bient\u00f4t \u00e0 Turnhout \u00bb entre juin et septembre 2021 afin de promouvoir les s\u00e9jours avec nuit\u00e9e(s) dans la ville.<\/p>\n

En ao\u00fbt 2021, la Ville de Turnhout nous a demand\u00e9 si nous pouvions l\u2019aider avec la gestion des r\u00e9seaux sociaux de la campagne<\/strong><\/span> \u00ab \u00c0 bient\u00f4t \u00e0 Turnhout \u00bb. La mission consistait notamment \u00e0 cr\u00e9er et publier diff\u00e9rents types de posts sur les pages Facebook et Instagram de la Ville de Turnhout, mais aussi \u00e0 imaginer et \u00e0 planifier des publicit\u00e9s tout en g\u00e9rant le budget. <\/p>\n

NOTRE SOLUTION<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s une r\u00e9union et un briefing avec la Ville de Turnhout, nous avons \u00e9tabli
\n un plan d\u2019approche<\/strong><\/span> en interne afin de fixer les diff\u00e9rentes phases de la campagne et de d\u00e9finir les objectifs, les groupes-cibles et le budget des publicit\u00e9s sur les r\u00e9seaux. <\/p>\n

Les posts on-page ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s pour pouvoir optimiser les publicit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/span> dans une phase ult\u00e9rieure et pour d\u00e9terminer plus facilement le retargeting<\/strong> <\/span>. En effet, ce reciblage publicitaire nous a permis de pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 nouveau le contenu ainsi que la campagne \u00e0 des clients potentiels.<\/p>\n

Au cours de la premi\u00e8re phase de la campagne, nous nous sommes concentr\u00e9s sur deux aspects : atteindre un maximum de personnes et stimuler l\u2019implication des abonn\u00e9s. La deuxi\u00e8me phase \u00e9tait plut\u00f4t ax\u00e9e sur la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration du trafic vers le site web afin de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer plus de r\u00e9servations.<\/p>\n

Les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de la campagne<\/strong><\/span> ont toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 soumises \u00e0 la Ville de Turnhout. En outre, les diff\u00e9rents posts et les publicit\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 suivis de pr\u00e8s afin de pouvoir corriger le tir \u00e0 tout moment si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n

Une fois la campagne termin\u00e9e, nous avons analys\u00e9 les posts et les publicit\u00e9s et nous avons dress\u00e9 un rapport qui a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 remis \u00e0 la ville.<\/p>\n
