Le parc commercial est facilement accessible, propose une offre d\u00e9taill\u00e9e et un grand nombre de ses magasins est ouvert le dimanche. Son logo est color\u00e9 et reconnaissable, mais il \u00e9tait temps de renouveler l\u2019identit\u00e9 de marque et d\u2019adapter la communication du parc commercial \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience contemporaine.<\/p>\n

NOTRE SOLUTION<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Nous g\u00e9rons le \u00ab community management \u00bb de ce parc commercial depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es. Pour ce faire, nous nous rendons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sur place afin d\u2019\u00eatre en contact avec les commer\u00e7ants. Nous avons donc rapidement su dans quelle direction nous diriger. La seule exigence li\u00e9e \u00e0 cette mission \u00e9tait la conservation du logo actuel.<\/p>\n

Nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019att\u00e9nuer les quatre couleurs du logo afin d\u2019obtenir quatre nouvelles couleurs et un look plus convivial et moderne. Afin de rendre l\u2019identit\u00e9 de marque bien reconnaissable, une partie du tr\u00e8fle original a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e comme \u00e9l\u00e9ment visuel r\u00e9current. Une s\u00e9ance photo et vid\u00e9o par drone a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e pour cr\u00e9er l\u2019ambiance parfaite. L\u2019esth\u00e9tique globale correspond tout \u00e0 fait et le nouveau look a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9 sur tous les canaux de communication de B-Park.<\/p>\n

Nous avons \u00e9galement \u00e9valu\u00e9 en d\u00e9tail le contenu des communications. Nous avons ainsi pu lancer un nouveau site web, enregistrer une vid\u00e9o t\u00e9moignages, transformer la newsletter mensuelle en B-mail et cr\u00e9er un nouveau compte Instagram.<\/p>\n

Le lancement de la nouvelle identit\u00e9 de marque n\u2019est pas pass\u00e9 inaper\u00e7u. Nous avons inform\u00e9 les clients via les canaux de B-Park et avons touch\u00e9 le public plus large par une campagne publicitaire print r\u00e9gionale, sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, \u00e0 la radio et sur VTM GO.<\/p>\n
